A discontinued variation of one of Louis Vuitton’s most functional small leather goods, the Card Holder Recto Verso in Monogram Reverse combines a card holder, coin purse, and compact wallet into one beautifully streamlined design.
Crafted in Louis Vuitton’s iconic Monogram and Monogram Reverse coated canvas, this version pairs the contrasting canvas patterns with black grained leather details and polished gold-tone hardware. The Monogram Reverse version, model M81303, is no longer offered in Louis Vuitton’s current U.S. collection, making this an especially desirable find in such beautifully preserved condition.
The envelope-style front pocket secures with a Louis Vuitton-engraved snap, while the L-shaped zip compartment provides space for coins, folded bills, or other small essentials. The reverse features three individual card slots and an additional flat pocket. An attached gold-tone chain with signature LV hook allows the wallet to be secured inside a handbag or clipped to a D-ring.
This particular piece is in excellent, near-mint pre-owned condition and appears practically unused.

The Monogram and Monogram Reverse canvas remains crisp, clean, and beautifully structured with vibrant print throughout. The black leather details, edges, glazing, and stitching are exceptionally clean and well preserved.
The gold-tone hardware remains bright and shiny, and the interior compartments and card slots are exceptionally clean. Overall, this piece presents remarkably close to new.
