Dating to 1983, this vintage Louis Vuitton toiletry pouch is a beautifully preserved early example of the house’s iconic Monogram travel pieces. Crafted from classic Monogram coated canvas, the pouch features a remarkably soft and supple feel, leather-lined interior, vintage Éclair zipper, and leather zipper pull. Its generous size makes it perfect as a toiletry or cosmetic case, travel organizer, or oversized clutch.
Early construction details include the three-digit date code stamped directly into the interior leather rather than on a separate leather tab. The date code 833 indicates production in France in March 1983.

Beautiful vintage condition, especially considering its age. The Monogram canvas remains exceptionally soft and supple with rich, clear coloring and a beautifully preserved overall appearance. The leather-lined interior is remarkably clean with no odors. There is light wear along the edge of the zipper tape (see photos), along with normal age-related wear and patina to the leather zipper pull and hardware.
